Responsibilities
  • Represent the company during customer contact, on the phone, on e-mail, chat and social networks (facebook, instagram etc).
  • Develop and enhance new and existing customer relationships, providing information on products, delivery or stock and resolving issues and customers’ queries.

  • Identify opportunities to generate revenue growth.
  • Participate in the website improvement further to customer’s feedback and demands.
  • Other ad hoc task to manage the daily functions in the office.
  • Ensure smooth operations in the office.
Requirements
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Dynamic and positive mind set.
  • Outgoing and enjoys sports.
  • Fluent in English either Malay or Mandarin to liaise with customers.
  • Computer literate


.Net Web Developer

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing current system.
  • Presenting ideas for system improvement.
  • System enhancement and development using C#.Net.
  • Coordinate with System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test before system goes live.
  • Maintaining with systems once they are up and running.
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst, Users and Application Support team to add value to peer code.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience in databases (Microsoft SQL Server) is a must.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing Web and Windows Applications using C#\C++\VB.net preferred.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Have a passion for programming / software development.
  • Possess "can-do" and a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle users' requirements, system customization to users' needs.
